About Calidad Events

The team at the core of Calidad Events has a background in management, customer service and training.

We know that for Calidad Events to be a success, we need to focus on the needs of both Creatives and Buyers.

We therefore strive to bring together Creatives of a professional standard and discerning Buyers of quality work.

For Creatives, we fully appreciate that trying to sell your work can be a struggle.

We therefore aim to offer all Creatives an equal opportunity to show their work for sale.

We believe it is not for us to offer places to Creatives based on our interpretation of their work; rather, we prefer to maintain

a non-judgemental approach to Creatives' output and let the buying public decide- subject to the usual laws of decency etc!

All we ask is that pieces sold at our Events are from the Creatives' own original work.

We understand from previous Buyers, that being able to buy original work,

direct from local Creatives, in a local setting can be preferable.

We therefore want to make it easier for people to access the wealth of talent at our Events;

and so, wherever possible, we're at locations which don't incur parking fees and are easily accessed.

Two prime examples of this are:

The Old Police Station, Lark Lane, L17 8UU - located on the edge of Sefton Park, with plenty of free parking around the park

and cafes/ restaurants along the Lane to enjoy something to eat.

and:

Childwall School, Queens Drive, Childwall, L15 6XZ - on Queens Drive, a major thoroughfare, with free onsite parking

and 2 mins from the M62 motorway network.
